We're here to help you and your team get the most out of Turf Guru.
Contact us
Email support@turfguru.app. A real person on our team reads every message and will get back to you as soon as we can.
To help us help you quickly, include:
- your company name and the email or username you sign in with,
- whether you're on an iPhone, an Android phone or a computer, and
- what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
Please don't send passwords or full card numbers by email. We'll never ask for them.
Common questions
How do I sign in?
Open the Turf Guru app, or go to my.turfguru.app in the web browser on any phone or computer. Sign in with your email or username and password, an email code, or Google.
New team members get an invite from their company's owner.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link. If your login has no email on it, ask your company's owner to reset it from Team, or email us.
Does Turf Guru work with no signal?
Yes, for the work on the route. Open the day's route while you have signal. After that, visits you log with no signal are saved on the phone and sent on their own when you're back in range. The app shows how many are still waiting to send.
Stay signed in until everything has sent. Things that need the internet, like maps, directions and taking card payments, wait until you're back in range.
Why does Turf Guru ask for my location?
Turf Guru uses your location only while the app is open: when you clock in or out and when you start a stop, so your company has a record of where and when the work was done. While you're on the clock with today's route open, it can also offer to start a stop when you're at that property, show your spot on the map and give you local weather.
You can say no. You'll just tap start and finish on each stop yourself. To change it later: on iPhone, Settings → Turf Guru → Location; on Android, Settings → Apps → Turf Guru → Permissions → Location; in a web browser, the lock icon next to the address.
How do I get a copy of my company's data?
Owners and office admins can download lists as spreadsheets (CSV files that open in Excel or Google Sheets) with the Download CSV button on Clients, Billing, Quotes, the Calendar, Timesheets and more.
For pesticide application records, open Records to download a spreadsheet or print a state-style report.
For a full copy of everything your company has in Turf Guru, email support@turfguru.app.
Who can see my company's records?
Only your own team. Each company's records are kept separate, and the owner decides what each person on the team can see. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. Read the privacy policy.
I'm a customer of a lawn care company. Who do I contact?
For questions about your service, bills or visits, contact the lawn care company directly. Their phone and email are on your invoices and on your account page. Turf Guru is the app they use to run their business.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open My account, scroll down and tap Delete my account. Can't sign in? See Delete your account to send us a request.
